Terms of Use

These Terms are an agreement between you and Ijas Ahammed J (“we”, “us”, “our”), the operator of LastSeenPlaying (the “Service”): our website at lastseenplaying.com, our Android app (package come.flywith.me), and related backend services.

Acceptance and age

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old, meet Discord’s minimum age, and meet any higher minimum age required in your country, as well as the requirements of the sign-in method you use. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the Service.

The service

LastSeenPlaying is a free gaming-activity tracker. It detects which games you play, by reading your Discord Rich Presence through our Discord bot, and builds a personal journal and statistics, including session history, playtime stats, a personal game library and wishlist, profile visibility controls, and optional push notifications. Game information and artwork come from third-party sources. The Service is free, with no payments, subscriptions, or advertising. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

Your account

To use most features you need an account. You can sign in with Google, Discord, or email and password, and you may link your Discord account to enable game tracking. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Please tell us at capedcrusader2099@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Your username is permanent once set; your display name, bio, and avatar are editable.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • break any applicable law or any third-party right;
  • break the terms of any connected platform (including Discord and Google);
  • tamper with, probe, or try to bypass the security of the Service or our providers;
  • falsify or manipulate game-tracking, statistics, or presence data;
  • access the Service through automated means that overload our systems;
  • impersonate others or harvest other users’ data; or
  • upload unlawful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable content (including in your display name, bio, or avatar).

We may remove content or restrict activity that we believe violates these Terms.

Third-party platforms

The Service relies on third-party platforms, including Discord and Google, that are operated independently of us. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and you agree to comply with those terms. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their availability or practices. If a platform changes or you disconnect a linked account (for example, by unlinking Discord), related features may stop working.

Our content and your content

The Service, including its software, design, and the “LastSeenPlaying” name and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. Game titles, artwork, and metadata belong to their respective owners and are shown for reference only.

You keep ownership of the content you create (such as your profile, ratings, notes, and gaming activity). You grant us the licence needed to host and display that content so we can provide the Service (for example, showing your profile according to your visibility setting).

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that game detection, statistics, or notifications will be accurate, complete, or delivered on time. Any reliance you place on the Service is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Signing out only ends your local session; it does not delete your account. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app; deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your use poses a security or legal risk.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. This does not affect any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
